Hello -- I'm actually looking for my brother who is getting ready for back surgery in NYC and right now he needs NO STAIRS and a private bath. Other than that we are not picky. A TV would be nice. And only need it for 2 or 3 months and he might not be there the whole time -- even though we would pay the rent -- because he will be out of the dwelling with the surgery and 3 weeks in a rehab. He's a great guy. Very easy going. Doesn't drink or smoke. No drugs. Won't be cooking. Anywhere in the NYC area but not Staten Island. Basically Metropolitan area. Could be Long Island and New Jersey.
