ISO Social/Cooperative Living Arrangement

Hello! My name is Ruby and I am a transplant to the twin cities looking for housing beginning in late August or September.

I am looking for a social or cooperative housing situation that will help me feel more connected to the Minneapolis scene. I am primarily interested in living in Uptown, Powderhorn, or Longfellow, but am open to other neighborhoods, too.

I am a very clean roommate that appreciates tidy shared spaces, especially the kitchen. I love to cook and eat shared meals-- I get to bring home a lot of fresh produce and prepraed foods from my kitchen jobs at Marty's Deli in Northeast Minneapolis and the Wise Acre restuarant in Tangletown. I love to ride my bike, visit the lakes, hike, and read in my free time. I am a fairly social person and value clear communication between roommates above all else. In college I was a member of a student living cooperative, which gave me a lot of great communication skills and taught me how to live successfully with all sorts of different people. I'm big on shared labor, meals, and good times generally between roommates.
