Hey everyone, I'm Cooper, 28M, gay, recently moved back to New York after 5 years in Boston. I work in marketing strategy as an account manager at a financial services firm; in the office in NJ normally on Mondays and Tuesdays, and work from home the rest of the week.

I am looking for a room in an existing apartment, long-term. Move-in Oct 1 or sooner if possible. Budget is around $2,000, flexible for the right place. West side of Manhattan, ideally near Penn Station or anywhere with easy access to the 1/2/3 or A/C/E - nothing further north than Morningside Heights. I value a communicative and considerate living situation where everyone can feel at ease in the space. I like to keep my room tidy and common areas clean so everyone can enjoy the shared space. I generally get along with everyone and have lived well with multiple roommates in the past.

About me: grew up in upstate New York near Saratoga Springs and Lake George, youngest of 5, and three of my sisters live in Manhattan. In college, I swam for UConn, so I still enjoy staying active. Outside of that I'm big on food, hiking whenever I can get out of the city, and I recently picked up crocheting. I go out occasionally on weekends, but I'm not one to bring the party back home.

Currently staying with my sister on the UWS while I look, so I can do in-person tours or FaceTime, whichever is preferred.
