NYU Acting Student Seeking Room

I am a 20 year old male acting student at NYU. I am looking for a small or large room. I would gladly share with either guys or girls and, as a gay male, have a slight preference for LGBTQ+ housing. Additionally, pet-friendly would be great as I am accompanied by my lovely five year old black cat: Asparagus.

As a full time acting student that also works part time, I spend most of my time out and about rather than in my apartment. I like to keep a tidy, inviting living space. While I wouldn't expect to have people over often, I would enjoy having friends over on the occasional weekend night for either a small get together or to simply have a small launchpad for a night out!
