Looking for room @u-district no credit/cosigner rq

hey all 👋
i’m an incoming freshman (he/him) at udub, arriving on aug 25 (looking to move in around then). i’m looking for a room, preferably in u-district (also open to capitol hill).
a bit about me:
18yo student from saudi
studying engineering at udub
pretty outgoing and active, but can keep to myself if that’s the vibe
into gaming, cycling, and films
clean, respectful, and easy to live with
what i’m looking for:
budget: ~$700–900 (ideally including utilities)
location: u-district or within ~15 min commute to campus
open to shared houses/apartments (prefer my own room)
other details:
i’m on a government scholarship (living expenses are covered)
no US credit or co-signer yet (international student), but can show proof of funding
ready to handle move-in costs upfront
