Chicago Professional Seeking a Room in Jersey City

I’m a senior marketing and media professional who spends several nights each week working in the New York and Jersey City area commuting from Chicago. I’ve been making the commute for a while and would like to establish a consistent, comfortable place in Jersey City rather than continuing my apparently irrational relationship with hotels.

I’m looking for a furnished room in a clean, well-maintained apartment or home, ideally with convenient access to the PATH at Grove. My Chicago home will remain my primary residence given I'm taking care of family, so I would typically be in Jersey City three or four nights during the week (M-Wed) and away most weekends.

A little about me: I’m responsible, financially stable, respectful of other people’s space, and easy to live with. I enjoy travel, aviation, history, good restaurants, and thoughtful conversation, but I also appreciate quiet evenings and a full eight hours of sleep. I’m social without needing to turn the apartment into a social club.

I’ll pay reliably, keep the space clean, communicate clearly, and treat your home with care. I’m looking for something consistent and mutually comfortable, preferably with someone who values a relaxed, mature, low-drama living environment.
