Seeking a Room or Roommate in Austin — ASAP

I’m looking to move ASAP and am open to either:

Renting a room in an existing house or apartment
Finding a roommate to search for a new place together

I’m looking in the greater Austin area, depending on the price and setup. My target budget is $850 per month, ideally with a flexible or shorter-term lease. Ideally, the lease would end around March 2027.

A little about me: I’m a 30-year-old working professional. I work remotely in business development for an aerospace and defense component manufacturer. I’m responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for a clean, reasonably quiet home where I can work during the day.

Outside of work, I’m into weightlifting and bouldering. I regularly go to Austin Bouldering Project and would strongly prefer to live within roughly 15 minutes of either the Springdale or Westgate location.

I’m friendly and happy to be social with a roommate, but I also respect privacy and personal space. I’m hoping to live with someone dependable, communicative, and reasonably clean.
