Searching for room in Andersonville

Hi ! I am searching for a room in Andersonville, ideally beginning Sept 1.

I am friendly, respectful, and quiet, aware of shared spaces and clean up after myself. I work outside of the home full time. I cook simple meals 3-4 times per week. I'm looking for a peaceful environment to unwind in, but am always open to a friendly chat, going out for a drink (though I don't drink often), and catching up in the kitchen.

I like to read literary fiction, watch films and shows, go out to nice restaurants, explore local coffee shops, visit the farmer's market, and go thrifting.

I’m a big fan of clear communication and happy to contribute to a shared cleaning schedule and buying house staples. I rarely have guests, though I might have a friend over every now and then for dinner.
