Looking for room in Manhattan/Brooklyn

I'm currently looking for a room in Manhattan or Brooklyn with a budget of up to $2,000/month.
I'm very flexible with the rental period, but ideally I'm looking for a place starting as soon as possible until December 31st (around 5 months or less).

A little about me: I'm Kamyl, and I'm moving to New York to start my master's at IE University in SoHo. I'm originally from Morocco and have spent the past few years studying and living in Spain and Australia, which has given me the chance to meet people from all over the world.

I'm a surfer and a traveler at heart, and I love discovering new places, cafés, restaurants, and cultures. During the week I'll mostly be focused on my studies, but I'm always happy to meet new people and try new things.

I'm clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I don't smoke or throw parties at home, and I'm looking for a comfortable, relaxed place with like-minded roommates.
