I will be starting a teaching residency in Camden on August 13, and am looking for housing in the area by then.
What I'm looking for: A private room in any size apartment/house with a kitchen and near public transit. I'd prefer in-unit washer/dryer or at least laundry on-site. I'd prefer something around $900/month or less, but I can go up to around $1200/month depending on amenities provided.
About me: I'm 24 years old, nonbinary (born female), and don't have any pets (but not opposed to living with some). I use weed for medical reasons, but don't otherwise smoke, and can stick to edibles if you would prefer a non-smoking household. I love to cook and bake and will gladly share with roommates! I'm pretty easy going and keep common areas clean.
