2 Fordham Students Seeking Short-Term Room Near RH

Hi! We're two Fordham University students (Rose Hill campus) looking for a short-term place to stay while we wait for our own apartment to become available. Our move-in date is a bit flexible, likely late August into early September (however their is a chance it is a little longer) and we're hoping to find a landlord open to a month-to-month or otherwise flexible arrangement, since we already know this will be a relatively short stay.

We're clean, respectful, quiet during the week (school/work schedules), and easy to live with. Would love to find a rooms close to campus or a short commute away. Open to house shares, sublets, or lease takeovers, just need something flexible on timing.
