👋🏻 Hi everyone! I’m Jackie (she/her), and I'm a 30-year-old woman who just moved from Pennsylvania to California.

I've found a place that I'm excited about but I'm leaving my add up because it will be month-to-month starting in November, and I'm opening to opportunities if it's a great fit!

Ideally, I'm looking for a furnished space, either a small, private accommodation or a shared home with friendly, community-minded roommates.

💵 My budget is ideally around $1,100/month all-in, with a maximum of $1,500/month all-in for the right fit.

Spots I'm most interested in include La Mesa Village, North Park, Normal Heights, City Heights, or Kensington. I hate driving haha, so my top location priorities are a walkable neighborhood and proximity to my work place near Gillespie Field Airport, El Cajon.

A little about me: I'm 🌈 and proud. I’m tidy, considerate, and a big fan of clear, compassionate communication. I work in nonprofit finance, love music, libraries, crochet, personal finance, and exploring new neighborhoods. I prefer not to live with men.

I'm especially interested in intentional community, cooperative living, or households where people occasionally share meals, game nights, or conversation—not just a collection of strangers renting rooms.

I can easily pass background and credit checks, have stable employment, and live a clean and sober lifestyle. 🧘🏻‍♀️ I'm fine living with people who drink responsibly, but I'm looking for a smoke-free home.
