In Search of a Room or In-law suit

I’m looking for either an in-law suite or a room to rent in the Pensacola, FL or surrounding area. I’m open to living with either men or women and have had positive experiences living with both in the past.

A little about me: I’m a 50-year-old professional with a steady, reliable income and always pay rent on time. I’m easygoing, organized, respectful of others’ privacy and property, and I keep my living space and bathroom clean. I don’t smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs.

I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, staying active, and spending time at the beach.

Although I don’t have children, I volunteered for seven years with an organization that supports children who have lost a loved one. That role required an annual FBI background check, so I can confidently say I have no criminal history. I’m also happy to undergo a background check if requested.

I owned a home in the Northeast for 20 years and rented rooms to tenants, so I understand how important it is to find someone who is respectful, responsible, and a good fit for the household.
