Hi!! I'm Preston, 26, moving to NYC from Texas this August and looking for a furnished sublet while I get settled.
A little about me: I studied abroad in Paris and have had roommates before. I’m pretty creative and love photography, bookstores, thrift stores, flowers, long walks, and finding new places to explore. I'm always down to try a new restaurant, check out a neighborhood I've never been to, or find a good happy hour :)
During the day and most nights I’ll probably be out working or finding a new café to hang out in. I’m social and love getting out, but I’m also pretty low-key at home/need my alone time and really respect everyone’s space.
I love a home that feels lived in and music playing while everyone is getting ready, random kitchen conversations, and having a space that feels welcoming and inclusive. At the same time, I really value personal space, good communication, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. I really think that’s so important!
I’d love to live with people who are kind, funny, excited to experience the city, and down to actually be friends. We can search out new coffee shops, go out dancing, or just have a chill Sunday rotting on the couch haha. I'm always down to make some new memories!
I'm easygoing, respectful, and genuinely excited to make NYC feel like home. I'm really looking forward to meeting new people and building a little community in the city. Also currently accepting recommendations for the best coffee shops and bagel shops, or really any places y’all think I absolutely need to visit :)
