21M Professional Seeking Furnished Room Aug 1

Hi! I’m Andy, 21, moving to NYC for a full-time corporate fashion role at Gap Inc. in Tribeca after graduating from USC this May.

I’m looking for a furnished private room starting Aug 1 through Oct 1 or possibly Nov 1 while I get settled in the city. I’ll likely physically arrive around Aug 15 due to work orientation, but I’m comfortable paying rent starting Aug 1 if the room can be held for me.

Budget is ideally under $1,800 all-in, but I can be slightly flexible for the right place. I’m especially interested in Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Bed Stuy, Ridgewood, Bushwick, East Harlem, LES/Chinatown, or anywhere with a reasonable commute to 55 Thomas St in Tribeca.

I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and will be working full-time, mostly in-office. I’m not looking for a party apartment — ideally a calm, well-kept home with respectful roommates and good communication. Furnished room, Wi-Fi, laundry access, and a commute under 45 minutes are big priorities.
