Seeking a bedroom that is larger than 10' x 10' with 1 or 2 housemates. Preferably in Manhattan anywhere below 83rd St.

I’m a friendly, tidy, and considerate roommate. I work in FiDi four days a week and work from home one day a week. Outside of work, I go to the gym a few times a week and play basketball in NYC’s gay league. On weekends, I’m usually out exploring the city or spending time with friends. I do enjoy cooking a few times a week at home.

I’m currently living on the Upper West Side. I enjoy my apartment but it was more of a transitional space to land on my feet since moving to NYC 6 months ago.
