Seeking Room in Stamford – NJ Commuter/Part-time

About Me: I am an easygoing, quiet, and very active female professional. My company recently relocated from New Jersey to Stamford, and I am looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to stay during the work week. I own a home in New Jersey and will be returning there on my days off. Because this is not a full-time stay, I am a very "low-impact" roommate.

My Schedule: I typically work early morning hours and look forward to a quiet environment to recharge in the evenings. Since I am only there for the work week, I am rarely in the common areas during weekends.

What I’m Looking For:
The Room: A clean, comfortable space. It would be wonderful if it were furnished with a bed. A shared bathroom is perfectly fine.
Kitchen Use: I do not cook, so I won't be using the stove or oven. However, I will need a small amount of dedicated space in the refrigerator/freezer to store a few days' worth of prepared meals. I do use a teapot for morning coffee.
Utilities: I prefer a setup where utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, water) are included in the monthly rent for simplicity.
Location: Within a reasonable commute to Chelsea Piers - Stamford. I am particularly interested in the Cove, East Side, and Shippan neighborhoods for proximity to work.
