Room wanted in San Diego

I am a professional female aged 49. I am available to move late February and have a budget of $1900/month. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 40 and 60 years old. I would love furnished but that isn't a deal breaker at all. My sister lives in del Mar so I wouldn't be around much between hanging out with her family, work and everything I do outside. I used to live in Encinitas and Rancho Santa fe and love to look at any areas around the coast.

I am open to moving anytime between end of February to beginning of March of 2027. I think I am very easy to live with because I am rarely there. Have many references.
