Creative, Chill Roommate Seeking Room

I’m a 55-year-old multimedia artist and freelance creative looking for a comfortable, compatible home base in the Orlando area.

I’m friendly, considerate, clean, and generally quiet. I work with sound, video, design, and unusual handmade objects, so I’m hoping for a larger bedroom or some extra space where I can maintain a small creative workspace without slowly colonizing the living room like an ambitious fungus.

Personality-wise, I’m warm, intelligent, funny, independent, and a little left of ordinary—but in a “good conversation, strange movie, interesting art” way, not a “you wake up and I’ve painted symbols on the refrigerator” way. I get along best with open-minded, emotionally mature people who appreciate individuality, communicate directly, and respect each other’s privacy.

I don’t personally use c@nnabis, psychedelics, alcohol, or other substances, but I’m completely comfortable living with people who are responsible and respectful about **** and psychedelic use. Regular heavy drinking or hard-drug use as a lifestyle would not be a good fit for me.

I’m not looking for a party house. I value a home that feels peaceful, safe, lived-in, and mutually respectful. I enjoy real conversation, but I also understand the sacred importance of shutting one’s door and disappearing into one’s own little universe.

Ideally, I’d love to live with another creative person, thoughtful weirdo, queer-friendly human, or unusually interesting normie. Pets are welcome. Good boundaries are extremely attractive. Basic kindness is mandatory.
