Room wanted in Orlando

I’m a 23-year-old female incoming international student at UCF. I'm pretty focused on my academics and very respectful of personal space.

Move-in & Budget: Ready to move around August 10th (flexible by a couple of days). My target budget is around $700–$900/month, but I am willing to go up a little $900+ for the right fit (ideally including utilities).

The Room & Housemates: Looking to share a clean home (mold, pest, and smoke-free) in a safe area with females of any age. A private bathroom is a must for me.

Commute: No parking spot needed! I just need to be within walking distance to UCF, a UCF shuttle stop, or a LYNX bus stop.

Cleanliness Standards: Good hygiene is huge for me. I always keep common areas tidy, wash dishes right after cooking, clean up spills immediately and handle trash promptly to keep our home healthy and pest-free.
