Room wanted in Los Angeles

My name is Stephanie Garcia. I am a semi-retired LAUSD High School Principal and AP Art and Film Teacher. I have been working as a free-lance designer since 1991 on both the East and West Coast. I am neat, oganized, clean, empathetic to others needs and easy to get along with.

I have a move in date of September 1, 2026 and am looking for a private bedroom in the Los Angeles area and Long Beach. I have a very well trained documented service dog (small Brred 14 lbs.) Parking and utilities included.

I can prepay for at least 2 months. I may not be able to commit to a 12 month period, I hope you will consider my interest. I can pre- pay for the first two months and pay month to month after that.

I have been involved in the arts as a career since 1981. I danced with Los Angeles Ballet after High School graduation. Once the Company disbanded I earned my B. F. A at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena California. I moved immediately to the East Coast where I enjoyed a very successful career as a Designer, Illustrator and Film and Video Art Director. I later recieved my Master's in Education at St Peter's Jesuit University in Jersey City, New Jersey.

My children's book illustrations are highly regarded with “Snapshots from the Wedding” being honored and protected by the Library of Congress. Currently I am writing the first book in an eight volume series of children's-adult fiction about the power of creativity. My artwork is collected internationally.
