Iso for Masterbdr or Large 1 Bdr for Me &5 Yo Son

Loking for a masterbedroom, or large bedroom with own private bathroom for me and my son with 1 more roommate only (I have 50% custody, son sleeps with me in king bed). Budget $2,000 a month. Move in - July 27 or August 1.

I’m clean, responsible, reliable with rent and bills, and value open communication and consideration for shared spaces. I enjoy hiking, cooking, and spending time outdoors. Has to be kid friendly, ok with occasional toys in the living room (we’ll keep them tidy) .

Week 2 - Wed - Mon moring.
Son goes to school.
He’s active, sweet, and we spend most of our time outdoors, at parks, beaches, or exploring San Diego. At home, we enjoy a calm, cozy environment and respect the people we live with.
