Hi! I'm looking for an apartment with roommates that is not too far away from the Cambridgeport area (where I work), or at least near enough to public transportation so that I can get there in under an hour, as I work late, don't have a car, and would like to be able to get home before midnight.
It would be amazing if I could find a room in a place that had laundry in the building, since, again, I don't have a car.
In terms of what I'm looking for in roommates, I like a calm and peaceful home environment, so I would like to find roommates who are on the same page with me in that regard. I also need my roommates to be LGBTQ+ friendly, as I am nonbinary transmasculine (they/he pronouns). Other than that, basic respect for each other and a degree of friendliness would be lovely as well.
