I am a quiet, easy going adult (age 40) looking for a room in the NE Philadelphia area in either a house or an apartment. I do not smoke, and most of my hobbies are fairly quiet. I get up early (~4am) for work and require a quiet roommate who doesn't mind that I go to bed around 8/9pm.

I am a non-smoker.

I like animals and children, but do not want to be a caretaker to either. I will not provide free babysitting.
