Room Wanted- Clean/Nice/Fun Roomie

Hi! I’m Ronni, a 28 year old high school history teacher in the DOE and have been living in NYC for 5 years now- but me and my sweet pup Milli are looking for a new home this fall!

Me as a roommate: I can usually be found reading and spending time in NYC’s amazing parks and museums, when I am not using and abusing my AMC A-List pass. At home, I love to hang out and be friends with roommates, but also like my home to be my sanctuary. I get stressed enough at work, I do not want to be stressed at home! I go out on the weekends and have been known to host the occasional party (shoutout my Mr. Worldwide 28th birthday party) but I believe all fun should be balanced with fun and respect for roommates- and knowing not to bring the party home. I am clean but not obsessive, love cooking (and sharing baked goods I will never eat on my own), would love to have an TV buddy, and believe highly in open communication. I will be working at a school in Chelsea this fall and would love a convenient commute as well.

Milli as a roommate: Milli is a very sweet and loving 5 year old, 15 lb, mini American Eskimo. She has always lived in a home with cats and is perfectly comfortable, but does become protective of me around other dogs. She loves loves people though and will be happy to have more friends! She sheds white hair constantly and does bark if someone comes in the door, but she is very well trained (and fully my responsibility to take care of- she’s my baby)
