Padlocked room, personal bathroom, clean home

I am very quiet and keep to myself. Prepare for me to be spending a lot of time at appointments, or enjoying my own space in my room. I need zen and quiet surroundings. No partiers. I do not drink or smoke. I’m very respectful to people’s space and must have a clean environment and live in cleanliness. I cannot emphasize that enough. I ask to keep common areas are clean and no smoking in the house. I’m deathly allergic to cats. I’m sorry cat lovers. :(

I am respectful of noise and ask for the same. I prefer a home with no partying and no overnight staying guests. Otherwise - live your life. Kindness and respect for others goes a long way. :) I would truly love my own bathroom and am willing to negotiate rent on account of that.
