I am a down to earth, friendly, easy going person. Looking for someone with a similar positive energy. I keep to myself most the time but would prefer to be friendly! Open to being friends if we vibe like that. I also prefer direct honest communication.

Looking for a large room with easy parking and preferably laundry on site. I like to keep the common spaces clean out of respect for everyone. You will definitely catch me cooking in the kitchen and making coffee most days but other than that I stay in my room. I don’t party much but I do go to music festivals often. Occasionally might have my best friend over to spend the night or my long distance partner.

I currently do not have any pets.

Deal breakers are loud noises or pets at night, pet messes and smells, and smoking cigarettes in the house.
