I'm looking for something with W/D in unit or building, ideally no more than a 4th floor walk-up, and something with no more than a 45 minute commute to Midtown.

I'd like to live with someone easygoing, who generally likes things in the apt quiet after 9 PM or so (if a movie night or something with prior notice happens, that works too), and keeps the common areas clean. No smoking in the apt.

I myself am a non-smoker, like to clean up after myself, and am generally quiet though friendly. I'd love a roommate I can share a meal or watch TV with but no worries if we keep to ourselves.
