Two Women & One Friendly Cat Looking for a home

Hi everyone! My partner and I are currently looking for a room to rent in the [San Jose, South Bay area] starting on [July 23, 2026]. We are a friendly, laid-back lesbian couple looking for a safe, inclusive, and stable environment to call home.

Work & Routine: We stay busy with work, I work remotely from home and so does my partner, so we are in more than our but always keeping to ourselves when we need to focus.
We are big on cleanliness, open communication, and respect. We always pay rent on time and love keeping common areas tidy. Our Vibe is In our downtime, we like to stay low-key, cook or order DoorDash, watch Netflix, and relax. We enjoy a friendly chat with housemates but completely respect everyone's privacy and need for quiet time.

We have one small animal my cat he is just shy of a year old. He is an inside/outside cat. He adapts to his environments very quickly and he is extremely smart. He is very friendly and very cute and takes care of himself for the most part. He likes to be outside adventuring all day and when he wants to come in he usually just finds my window and meows a couple times so he can come in and eat and sleep. I bathe him regularly and have him on a veterinarian prescribed flea/tick medication that works super well. He has all his shots and he is neutered. And of course he would be only in our bedroom when he’s inside the house.
