Casually looking for PRIVATE room to rent

I am casually looking for a room to rent as I'd like to get myself ideally closer to my job near West Adams area. Ultimately just looking for a cheaper place so I can save money. The lower the better.
I have a very sweet dog, medium to large mutt (looks exactly like a carolina dog). She loves people and other dogs. NOT a cat loving dog unfortunately. She is house trained. If there is a yard (not isn't escapable) she'd live to occupy it. She has lived in an apartment well. I hope I can find roommates that allow her to roam and not be confined to my room but if she has to be then so be it.
I am a working professional. I enjoy music, anime and drama shows. I keep to myself mostly but wouldn't mind making friends / hanging out occasionally over a good home cooked meal or game nights or a night out in the wild 🤣. I'm very quiet.
Ideal roommate is someone who isn't in my business because I won't be in yours. Someone who isn't insane. Some who isn't an alcoholic ( u can drink but everyday is wild). Someone who doesn't do drugs (420 is a okay with me everything else, nope). Someone who is respectful and communicates to keep the peace if needed. Just a cool chill person who doesn't have friends over every weekend would be cool. (Key word is every) or as ling as they aren't super loud and disruptive all night/weekend long.
