Professional Male/Military Vet-Prefer House Room

My name is Tim and I have had a very professional career in outside sales within the food and beverage industry for many years. I am also a proud military veteran who is highly disciplined in many ways and very responsible as well.

Since I drive around all day for my job dealing with many types of people and traffic, I would really like to come home to a quiet place and neighborhood, so as to tone it down as much as possible. I do also prefer a house that is clean and organized, since it just makes living there much more comfortable.

I am passionate about travel and have gone to countless places throughout the US and dozens of other countries around the world. I greatly enjoy any type of sports, camping, hiking and am a very sociable and outgoing individual with many other interests.

I am looking to rent a room in a house only and not an apartment with no more than 3 occupants. I would like to stay somewhere in the vicinity of Waltham, Watertown, Newton, Needham, West Roxbury, or Dedham areas. There is flexibility here of course, but just wanted to give you some guidelines.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience, since I would like to move no later than September 1st. I also have my own bedroom furniture, so if possible, would prefer there to at least be some flexibility if the room is already furnished.
