30s gay male working full time out of house

Hello, great to meet you. I’m Miave (like 5 with an m). I’m a gay guy in my 30s working full time in the office in nonprofit arts administration (at ODC). Also play volleyball, take dance classes, yoga, hike, and frequently go up to the north bay to see family. I grew up in the bay, lived in New York for a decade, and have been back in SF for 9 years. I’m clean, quiet, easygoing, friendly, bed normal hours. During my free time I like to be out of the house  socializing, walking around the city, or sitting in parks. I typically meet friends outside of the house, but I’m more than happy for my roommate to have folks over. I try to limit kitchen and bathroom time, do as much getting ready in my room as I can or get ready at the gym. No pets but love living with them, single, great credit. I’ve gotten along great with past roommates and have references. Reason I’m looking for a room is downsizing as I’ve pivoted into a passion career that pays less than my last role.
