Room wanted in San Diego

Hello, my name is Michael Obeso, and I am looking for a bedroom to rent. I am 23 years old and born and raised San Diego. I currently work full-time, 40 hours per week in Retail.

I am personable, outgoing, and friendly. I am formal, clean-cut, and good-hearted. I get along well with everyone and very much enjoy the comradery of others. However I also never minded being alone, independent, and keeping to myself, so don’t expect me to bother or interfere with roommates. I currently have no pets, significant other, or many close friends so I would have no intentions of inviting guests over on a common occasion.

I take a lot of pride in my cleanliness, organization, and personal hygiene. My car, bedroom, and work space are consistently tidy everyday. I never miss a day without showering twice, and I wash my laundry, bedsheets, towels, and shoes on a weekly basis. I use a fragrance in my car, bedroom, and on my body at all times to always smell fresh and presentable for anyone entering my space.

I am an early riser, I enjoy waking up early in the morning for an active and productive start to my day. My hobbies consists of reading, running, weight lifting, cooking, hiking, watching movies & TV, running errands, spending time with friends and family, or exploring beautiful San Diego and what it has to offer.

My life mostly consists of me going to work, home, and repeat. On my days off, I prefer to be out of the house and on the road either running errands or entertaining myself out in the town. I am also just as satisfied being a homebody, unwinding and relaxing on my days off enjoying some personal time.
