Hey there, just looking for an interim room for a month or two while I figure out my next steps. I work a lot in Santa Monica and Santa Clarita so I won't be home too too much. Down to keep common areas clean and the noise to a minimum, if I'm watching tv or music I prefer headphones. Generally in bed by 10 and up by 5 or so and off to work.
