Room wanted in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, CA

I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $850/month. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 30 and 65 years old. I am 54 years old I am currently in a wheelchair, I do not drink or smoke I stay to myself and mind my own business I am single I don't have any friends that will come and visit because like I said I stay to myself and I hang by myself I am not a loud person I don't stay up late I am a early sleeper and I don't stay asleep late I am clean and independent I can do a lot of things on my own I am very respectful and helpful and friendly a easy person to get a long with I am not from the Van nuys area I grew up in Pasadena CA I believe in going above and beyond for a person that I call a friend I don't have any animals and I don't need know service Dog or anything of the kind... I have 2 vehicles and I don't mind parking on the streets they both are registered in my name I receive a monthly income of $1700 from social security so paying rent will not be any problem I believe in paying my rent early as possible to get it out the way and tooken care of... I am not the kind of person that sits around the house all day I believe in giving people there space and alone time and I like to go to the gym and do my rehab and I like to get out and go hang out in the mall I just site see.. I am not the kind of person that falls asleep with the t. v on or lights on I don't believe in leaving the house and leaving anything on even if I am going to the store and back.. I am not no creep that does weird things to woman or children that is disgusting to me.. I don't sell anything illegal and I like to go to the auction when I have extra money to buy cars to fix them and resell them at a higher price I like to watch the News and sports and that is it... and if someone chooses me as a good fit for a roommate they have just made a loyal honest and trustworthy friend for life that they will enjoy to talk to and be around...a friend that will respect them and defend them and be there for them in a time of need...
