Have a cat, she's a trained assistance animal, which means she helps me with day to day things like waking up and taking medicine and eating, but also that she's quiet and doesn't jump on things or cause any issues.
I mostly just sleep (a lot, on account of disability factors), listen to music, and go to medical appointments. I'm super quiet, drama-free, and okay with whatever socialization level you prefer. I'm allergic to dogs and cigarettes, so neither of those, but pretty much anything else is okay.
I'd prefer a place with a patio or a backyard, or at least a large floorplan, so my cat doesn't get too bored, since she's at that advanced age where depression can be dangerous to health.
A private toilet (ie, 1/2 bath) would be nice, but I'm okay with whatever. I've got steady income, no criminal record, no vices, no partying or company of note, or anything else other than the aforementioned sleeping+medical.
