Hey there! My name is Alessandro (32 yo), originally from Italy, but currently living in Zurich, Switzerland. Here, I work as a researcher and lecturer at ETH Zurich.

I will be moving to NYC for 4 months, from September to December 2026 (flexible dates), for a visiting fellowship at NYU School of Law, and I’m looking for a furnished room/ sublet during that period.

I’m responsible, tidy, respectful, and easygoing. I’ve lived in shared apartments before and really value a calm, friendly, and considerate home environment. I’m sociable and always happy to have a conversation, but I’m also very respectful of personal space and busy schedules.

During the week, I’ll mostly be working at NYU.

I don’t smoke, I’m reliable with rent and communication, and I would take very good care of the place. I’d be happy to provide references or additional information if helpful.
