Respectful, Easygoing Roommate + Sweet Orange

Hi! My name is Laurel, and I’m a 26 year old esthetician relocating from Michigan to Manhattan or Brooklyn for work.

I’m looking for a home that’s clean, respectful, and peaceful. I genuinely enjoy keeping my space tidy and organized because it helps me stay in a good headspace. I’m pretty quiet, easygoing, and very considerate of the people I live with.

I have a sweet 6 year old orange cat who’s well behaved, friendly, and gets along well with other animals. He’s a huge part of my life and definitely comes with me!

I’m definitely a girl’s girl, but I truly love making everyone feel confident and beautiful, whether you’re a woman, man, or nonbinary. As an esthetician, skincare, makeup, and fashion are a huge part of my life. If you ever need help getting ready for a date, wedding, interview, or girls’ night, consider me your in house makeup artist! I also love helping people put together outfits and feel like the best version of themselves.

There’s absolutely no pressure to become best friends. I’m completely happy if everyone has their own lives and does their own thing. But if we naturally click, I’d love to cook together, grab coffee or drinks, watch movies, explore parks and neighborhoods, or even build healthy habits together like working out or trying new fitness classes.

I’m also a really good listener. If you want to tell me how your date went, celebrate a win at work, vent after a stressful day, or just chat while making dinner, I’m always happy to listen.

I also have a boyfriend in Jersey City, so there will be some evenings when I’m staying with him.
