Work for the City and County of San Francisco. Seeking Monday-Friday, soon to be less than that shortly room as I am getting my telework day weekly and my off day bi-weekly. With that being said, I am also looking to be able to negotiate on the rent since I will not be there all week and never on the weekends if that is possible. I will only be occupying the residence from about 6pm to 7am. I cook but clean up after myself as I go so leaving the space as it was before I used it (a bit OCDish). Only reason I am looking is because the elderly lady I have been renting a room from has Dementia that is progressing rather quickly and will soon be placed in a memory care facility. I don't have a paid account so if you are not free to contact/message, I won't be able to respond. Thank you in advance for reading my post.
