I am extremely low-maintenance when it comes to where I live. In a perfect world, the room would come furnished with utilities included. However as long as the place fits my price range, I would be completely comfortable.

I am laid back and open minded, extremely easy going. I like keeping our common areas clean. I am quiet and friendly, and respect that we all have our independent lives. I don't host parties, I don't stay up late blasting music. I can pay rent on time and then some.

I work a typical 9-5 in Plainview. I would love to live within a 30 minute drive to Plainview, but again, if the right room pops up I can make an exception .
