Hello! I'm a professional working in Plano and am looking for a clean, calm, and respectful home beginning around the end of August or early September, when my current lease ends August 31.

My budget is ideally $600-$800/month with bills included, though I'm open to slightly higher for an excellent fit.

I'm looking for a peaceful, non-smoking home where everyone is respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a calm environment, clean up after myself and appreciate clear communication.

A household in the Plano, Richardson, Garland, Allen, or North Dallas area would be ideal to keep my commute reasonable.

Because of an ongoing knee condition, I prefer a home with minimal stairs or a first-floor bedroom, though I'm open to discussing other layouts if they're a good fit.
