Cigarette smokers are ok but only outside...I am a food server and manager at a very busy restaurant that I've worked at for about 8 years. I am a reliable, dedicated and hard worker. I only work 3 days per week now but they are 3 very long days. I prefer a clean and tidy home/common areas... however personal spaces are another story; my bedroom is usually too cluttered and it often drives me nuts but hey, I'm 46 and so that's not likely going to change since I haven't figured out how to keep an uncluttered bedroom yet. Your room, your business and I totally respect that and expect the same in return. I enjoy gardening and diy projects. I love my QT with friends and family but also love my 'me' time and respect that of others. I'm typically a fun loving happy-go-lucky type person and get along with just about anyone and I consider myself to be a very kind, respectful and trustworthy person. I hope to find a housemate(s) are also at the very least kind respectful and trustworthy.
