Quiet, Responsible Female Seeking Room to Rent

Hi,

I'm interested in a room for $300-$500 a month, or $75-$125 a week; whichever you prefer.

At the moment I only have Wi-Fi access, so the best way to reach me is by text or email. Or, we can schedule a Zoom video call.

I need something that's walkable or public transportation accessible to shopping like corner stores and Dollar General, Family Dollar etc.

Small towns with regular shuttles to take you on errands are also fine with me as well. I don't have a vehicle.

I'm a quiet, clean, kind, respectful, artistic and introverted 49-year-old woman with stable SSI income, ($908/month). I'm calm and drama free. I'm hoping to move at the beginning of next month.

I do have one small, quiet assistance kitten, (11 months old). She's well behaved, stays in my room, and doesn't roam the house.

I'm looking for a peaceful place to live. I'm relocating from another state, so the biggest challenge for me is the one-time cost of the move itself. 

Once I'm settled, my monthly SSI income is enough to comfortably cover affordable monthly income. But the initial moving expenses make the first month the most difficult. 

So what I truly need is someone who can offer any flexibility or prorating of move in costs.

My income is reliable, and I've been receiving it for over 5 years. The only problem is that moving will use up my entire monthly income, so I won't be able to pay the first month's rent or a deposit right away.

If someone is willing to work with me, I'd be happy to pay $800 a month starting in October for the first few months until the first month's rent and any deposit are paid back. After that, I'd go back to the regular monthly rent.

Since I cover my own food, toiletries, household necessities, and my kitten's care, I'm looking for the most affordable housing I can find

I'm hoping to move at the beginning of next month, so I need to find a place soon.
