Quiet, Responsible Female Seeking Room to Rent

Hi,

I'm interested in a room for $300-$500 a month, or $75-$125 a week; whichever you prefer.

At the moment I only have Wi-Fi access, so the best way to reach me is by text, email. Or, we can schedule a Zoom video call.

I need something that's walkable or public transportation accessible to shopping like corner stores, Dollar General etc. I don't have a vehicle.

I'm a quiet, clean, kind, respectful, artistic and introverted 49-year-old woman with stable SSDI income. I'm calm and drama free. I'm hoping to move at the beginning of next month.

I do have one small, quiet assistance kitten, (11 months old). She's well behaved, stays in my room, and doesn't roam the house.

I'm looking for a peaceful place to live. I'm relocating from another state, so the biggest challenge for me is the one-time cost of the move itself. 

Once I'm settled, my monthly SSDI income is enough to comfortably cover affordable monthly income. But the initial moving expenses make the first month the most difficult. 

So what I truly need is someone who can offer any flexibility or prorating of move in costs.

My income is reliable and I've been receiving it for over 3 years. However, it will likely cost half my month's income, (maybe more) to move there and pay for food and expenses. So the first month will be difficult.

Since I cover my own food, toiletries, household necessities, and my kitten's care, I'm looking for the most affordable housing I can find

I'm hoping to move at the beginning of next month, so I need to find a place soon.
