Room wanted in Plano, Collin County, TX

I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move early to mid August and have a budget of $700/month, utilities included. I would prefer to share with females, ideally around the same age range.

I’m a full time student at UTD and a part time teacher with a local marching band. I work both during the school day and after for classes, rehearsals, and performances, so my schedule tends to fluctuate depending on the day and the season.

I don’t smoke, drink, or party, and I’m completely open to households with animals. I tend to be quiet and introverted, and I likely won’t have many visitors as I generally see them when out and about or at their own homes. I’m open to helping with meal prep, switching laundry loads, cleaning common spaces, etc., and I’ll make sure that if I have any kind of mess, it’ll be confined to my personal space. I do drive a truck, so parking space is important to me, preferably street space so I can get to school or work quickly.
