Seeking a Responsible Roommate to Find an Apartmen

I'm looking for a responsible roommate to rent an apartment together. My budget is around $900 per person, so I'm hoping to find a place in the $1,800–$1,900 per month range. I'm looking for someone who has a steady job or another reliable source of income and can consistently pay their share of the rent and bills on time.

A little about me: I work full-time while pursuing my Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Arizona State University online. I also have a 13-year-old Yorkshire Terrier named Coco, so you'll need to be comfortable living with a dog. He's friendly, well-behaved, and has been my companion for many years.
I'm a pretty laid-back person and don't ask for much. The biggest things I value are respect, open communication, and keeping our shared living spaces clean. I don't care what you do in your own room or on your own time. If you enjoy having friends over or like to party occasionally, that's completely fine with me as long as everyone is respectful of our home and doesn't leave a mess or disturb the peace.
