Hey! I am 29, LGBTQ, and looking to go back to my home in Florida. At the moment I am still looking to lock in a job, but I typically do mid or second shift warehouse work. I'm college educated and looking to return to school to complete my bachelor's degree. Everything listed is a must have other than having a private bathroom, which is preferred. My cat is a senior lovebug and well behaved. I currently vape, but I am okay with taking it outside and hoping to quit sometime very soon. I typically keep to myself, play video games or sing, but would love to garden if allowed to plant things on the property. It's possible I would want to have an overnight guest occasionally, but I don't really party or drink much. Let me know if this works for you or if you need more info.
