Young professional relocating to NYC

Hi! I'm Elijah, a young professional relocating from Chicago to New York for a full-time tech sales role. I'll be working in the office five days a week, so I'm out for most of the day and generally keep a consistent routine.

I'm looking for a clean, comfortable apartment with respectful roommates who value open communication and a relaxed living environment. Ideally, I'd love to live with other young professionals who enjoy having a friendly conversation now and then but also appreciate personal space.

A little about me: I'm very clean, organized, and considerate of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking, exploring new restaurants and neighborhoods, working out, and spending time with friends on the weekends. At home, I'm pretty low key. I always clean up after myself and believe everyone should feel comfortable in the space they live.

I also have one friendly, well-behaved cat who is litter trained, quiet, and used to apartment living.

I have a signed job offer, can provide proof of income, references, and any documentation needed. I'm hoping to find a place where everyone is respectful, reliable, and enjoys a positive home environment.
