Looking for a Roommate Near Five Points

Hello! My name is Catherine, but I go by Cate. I am looking to live in Columbia, SC, no further than 20 mins from Five Points.

A little about me…
- I am 26 years old
- I am a professional ballerina
- I am in online university studying for my BS in Psychology
- I do not smoke, do any drugs, and only drink on special occasion
- I also have a 7 year old cat named Ollie (I am unsure if I am taking him with me to move or not)
- I am clean in common areas and pretty quiet
- I am autistic, so I do not do well with very loud environments (however I have tools in place to help me) and not do much partying
- I love to bake and do many kinds of art (calligraphy, painting, playing instruments, needle crafts)

I have already lived in many apartments alone and have all such furniture etc, therefore you need to only furnish your own bedroom.

My only large preference is having a washer and dryer in the apartment.
