Hi! I’m an incoming PhD student in Industrial Pharmacy at St. John’s University, focusing on drug delivery systems. I’m a quiet, clean, respectful, and health-conscious person who practices daily meditation (Vipassana) and values a peaceful, tidy living environment. I’m looking for a furnished room within walking distance of campus, preferably in a home where cleanliness is maintained and strong food odors are kept to a minimum. I plan to stay initially for two semesters (about 9 months), and if it’s a good fit for everyone, I’d be happy to continue for the remainder of my PhD (3.5–4 years).
