Older, fit, active, sociable...

…sociable without getting up in your business.

Quiet but certainly conversational enough retired person looking for new room/roommate situation. My current place near Winco/Trader Joe’s in Buffalo is changing up - I’d rather move.

I am reliable – – especially about paying rent and doing household duties. I immediately clean up after myself (well.. errr…umm - I do eat first), almost always cook for myself, and would rather ride the bike/bus to where I’m going than drive my car.

I am out and about at school (OLLI/UNLV), hit the gym near daily, and fun around at library events or Red Rock. I’m a regular volunteer here and there, especially stage theatre.

You might consider me a good roommate if you appreciate things clean and organized, are authentic in your conversational style, don’t sit around watching TV all the time. We might if you want appreciate together a good movie, sports - especially playoffs, or The Pitt, Survivor, Amazing Race, or some such. I eat microwave popcorn at times, and make my own popsicles. I also eat ice cream; and I hover over it like a prisoner protecting his food. Some dogs are like that too; but it’s been quite some time since I was one of those.

Is this enough to get us started? I am looking at August 1, but have options for later. You don’t have to worry about my income or that my spending habits outpace me. You might want to worry that I love life so much. But to control my energy I meditate and journal and hummmmm…
